I enjoy studying, so much so I went on to complete a PhD program at the National University of Singapore. Having done that, I went on to pursue my other passion in life --- programming. I tried my hand at entrepreneurship, starting up several software-based firms, including Epicoders and Jayeson Solutions. I learnt so much from my start-up experience, and also realized how much more I didn't know.

I am currently supporting software teams in Google. Prior to this, I had also worked at Twitter, Amazon, and Bloomberg. Projects I have worked on are mainly in the machine learning space, including sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and personalization/recommendations.
